Counselling & Psychotherapy

Jen is a qualified and experienced counsellor and provides short and long-term counselling, psychotherapy and ecotherapy with a range of expertise including therapy for grief and anxiety, working with both individuals and groups. She specialises in climate-emotions and vegan-related experiences. Sessions are offered outdoors within Nature, at a therapy room in Brighton or online. Jen’s trainings and inspiration for her practice include the Climate Psychology Alliance, The Work That Reconnects, The Link Centre and Metanoia.

Jen’s ethos is to support her clients’ journey to mental and emotional wellness. Jen works collaboratively with clients to enable them to express the full range of their emotions and to nurture healthy relationships with themselves, with others and with our planet. She has been working with children, young people and adults for over twenty years within Education and Mental Health in the UK and in Latin America, the Middle East and India. Personally, as an ecofeminist vegan, she has cultivated a strong relationship with the more-then-human and local natural spaces in her own therapeutic journey; this is woven into her practice as a therapist to offer those who would benefit from wholistic and interconnected ways of being and understanding as part of their process towards increased self-understanding and wellness, and greater balance and freedom.
